Payment
Payment methods:: Depending on your country and device, you can pay by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarn and PayPal. (You'll see the available options at checkout.)
Payment process: Payment processing is handled by our payment provider, Stripe. Your payment data is transmitted via an encrypted connection (TLS/HTTPS).
Currency: During checkout, our process automatically detects the appropriate shipping method, whichever one applies in your country. It will be selected automatically.
Time of pay: For one-time purchases, the amount is usually charged immediately after completing the order. For subscriptions, the charge occurs according to the billing interval displayed at checkout. If you have a subscription, the amount will be automatically debited from your account again after the initial term expires unless you cancel beforehand.
Subscription & One-Time-Buys
Subscription: Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected term. After cancellation, you can continue using the subscription until the end of the current billing period.
One-Time-Buys: One-time purchases like our Tirmarken are billed once. Our platform, as a digital product, is automatically available to you after a one-time purchase.
Taxes
All prices include VAT applicable in your country. The final tax rate and amount will be shown at checkout.
Shipping (physical products)
Shipping service provider: Shipping is handled by Deutsche Post. In other EU countries, delivery may be handled by a local transport provider.
Shipping processing: For order processing, we transmit the data necessary for shipping (e.g., name, delivery address) to our shipping/fulfillment service provider SimpleSell and to the shipping provider Deutsche Post.
Shipping countries: We deliver to all EU member states.
Delivery times
Processing time: 1-3 working days (until handover to the shipping service provider).
Delivery time Germany: Approximately 2-3 working days after shipment.
Delivery time EU:: Approximately 4-7 working days after shipment.
Notice: There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. In exceptional cases (e.g., high shipping volume, strikes, customs), delays may occur.
Delivery costs
All pet tags and physical products are generally shipped free of charge within the EU to you.
Shipping restrictions
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, redelivery may incur additional costs, even though our initial deliveries are generally free. Please also note that we do not deliver outside of EU member states.
Cancellation & Refund
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and requirements can be found here: Cancelation-Policy
For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire under certain conditions if you expressly agree that we may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period. This will be clearly requested during checkout, if applicable.
