Payment
Payment methods:: Depending on the country and device, you can use credit card (Visa and Mastercard), SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and PayPal. (you will see the options available to you in checkout).
Payment processing: Payment is processed via our payment service provider Stripe. Your payment data is transmitted via an encrypted connection (TLS/HTTPS).
Currency: When purchasing, our checkout process recognizes the appropriate period which applies in your country. It will be selected automatically.
Time of loading: For one-off purchases, the amount is usually paid immediately after completion charged to the order. For subscriptions, you will be charged as shown in checkout Billing interval. If you have booked a subscription, the amount will be added automatically At the end of the first term, your account will be debited again if you do not cancel beforehand.
Subscriptions & One-Time Purchases
Subscriptions: Subscriptions are automatically extended for the duration booked. After cancellation, you can continue to use the subscription until the end of the current billing period.
One-time purchases: One-off purchases such as our Tirmarken are billed once. Our platform as a digital product is automatically available to you after a one-time purchase.
Taxes
All prices include the statutory VAT which applies in your country. The final tax rate and tax amount will be provided to you at checkout.
Shipping (physical products)
Shipping service provider: Shipping takes place via Deutsche Post. In other EU countries, a transfer to a local transport service provider may be possible.
Shipping processing: For shipping processing, we transmit the data necessary for shipping (e.g. B. name, delivery address) to our shipping/fulfillment service provider SimpleSell and the shipping service provider Deutsche Post
Shipping countries: We deliver to all EU member states.
Delivery times
Processing time: 1-3 working days (until handover to the shipping service provider).
Delivery time Germany: approx. 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Delivery time EU:: Approximately 4-7 business days after shipment.
Note: There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. In Exceptional cases (e.g. B. high shipping volumes, strikes, customs) there may be delays.
Shipping costs
All animal tags and physical products are generally delivered free of charge within the EU sent you.
Delivery restrictions
Please make sure you have a complete and correct delivery address. Revocation & refund
