General
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our standard, cost-effective option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you originally used for the transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Digital products
Digital products like our platform are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal, as you use them directly and immediately after purchase and thus receive the benefit of using them directly.
Physical products
Physical non-individualized animal tags and products can be returned within the statutory cancellation period.
Individual products
Since we produce the animal tags individually for each customer, they are completely excluded from return.
