What information must be visible on the proof?

We need your name, the type of service approved, the start and end of the approval period and the issuing body. You can black out further information.

Can I black out information?

Yes. You may black out any information that we do not need for verification. Your name, the approved service, the approval period and the issuing body must remain visible.

How long does the exam take?

We will check your proof and get back to you within four days.

When will my application and proof be deleted?

Your proof will be deleted immediately after approval and activation. Access and deletion are logged.

How long is access free?

Your access remains free until the end of the approval period stated on the proof.

How do I extend the social program?

Submit current proof again for the new approval period. We will check the extension using the same data-saving procedure.

Do I need a payment method?

No. No payment method is required for the application and free access.

What happens after the term ends?

Free access ends. It will not automatically convert to a paid subscription. You can still export or delete your personal data; You only actively choose a paid offer yourself.

What can I do if my application has been rejected?

Reply to our feedback or write to kontakt@petcario.com. You can add missing information or resubmit current proof.

Do I have a right to approval?

No. The Petcario social program is a voluntary service. There is no legal right to approval.

Is there a minimum amount of the approved benefit?

No. The amount of the approved benefit is not decisive for the social program. What is important is the current receipt and a valid approval period.
