We need your name, the type of approved benefit, the start and end of the approval period, and the issuing authority. You may redact other information.

May I redact information?

Yes. You may redact anything we do not need for the review. Your name, benefit type, approval period, and issuing authority must remain visible.

How long does the review take?

We review your proof and respond within four days.

When are my application and proof deleted?

Your proof is deleted immediately after approval and activation. Access and deletion are logged.

How long is access free?

Your access remains free through the end of the benefit approval period shown on your proof.

How do I renew the program?

Submit a current approval notice for the new period. We review renewals using the same data-minimizing process.

Do I need a payment method?

No. A payment method is not required for the application or free access.

What happens when the free period ends?

Free access ends and is not automatically converted into a paid subscription. You can still export or delete your personal data, and you choose a paid offer only through an active decision.

What can I do if my application is declined?

Reply to our response or email kontakt@petcario.com. You can add missing information or submit a current approval notice again.

Do I have a legal right to approval?

No. The Petcario Social Support Program is a voluntary benefit and there is no legal entitlement to approval.

Is there a minimum approved benefit amount?

No. The amount of the approved benefit does not determine eligibility. What matters is that you currently receive an eligible benefit and have a valid approval period.
